We always carry a hose and water filter for filling our tanks, but sometimes the water source doesn’t allow a hose to screw on. In this case we just take the portable water jug to the water source and transport it back to the van.

There are larger containers, but at a weight of 40lbs when full, we opted not to get the larger and less manageable size.
